Hi, I’m Tafiq Akhir,  aka Mr. Menopause. My life’s work is to provide comprehensive hormone, health, and weight management services, resources, and education for moms and other midlife women struggling with many of the overlooked and underserved health issues they continue to suffer from with very little if any, support.
