Tafiq's Physiques® whole body health and fitness programs provide fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching that enables clients to look and feel their best.

Programs are tailored to each person's individual metabolic and hormonal needs in order to achieve results in the safest, most highly effective and time-efficient way.

Training sessions are challenging, but doable. Our elite level coaching staff leads each class with all fitness levels in mind by providing modifications and alterations for beginners, participants with injuries and 1st timers.

We have programs that include private one-on-one sessions, semi-private sessions for couples, small group sessions with no more than 10 people per class, corrective exercise sessions and hybrid programs that combine private and group sessions.
