Kimberly Sizemore joined our 6-week "Fall Back To Fitness" Program back in September of 2018. At the end of the 6-week program Kim lost 7 pounds, dropped 2% fat, increased 3% muscle, took 2 inches off her waist, 2.5 inches off her hips, and 1.5 inches off her thighs.
After completing the 6-week program Kim decided she wanted to continue training with us to further improve her health for the long run.
Kimberly shows up for a 6am class two times per week, she consistently posts her meals in our private meal tracking group to stay on top of her nutrition needs, and she has an incredibly positive and outgoing nature that makes training with her a joy.
At 70 years young and a recent cancer survivor, Kim is a true inspiration. And although she has to modify some exercises because of a prosthetic knee, she keeps up with her classmates (some of which are quite a few years younger than she is) throughout the entire workout. Kimberly shows up, puts in the work and has never once been negative or complained.
