Pumpkin Spice Pancakes


  • 4 eggs whites

  • ½ cup pure pumpkin

  • 1 scoop vanilla plant fusion protein powder

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp ginger

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Blend together and cook on a skillet.

Serve w/ fresh fruit, walnuts, sugar free apple sauce & yogurt.
