The Problem With Processed Foods

In this video I’m sharing about PROCESSED FOODS.


Processed foods contain preservatives, additives, excess sugars and chemicals that cause the liver, digestive system and other organs to be over stressed. Over stressed organs slow down the metabolism and can completely stop the fat burning process. Not to mention the various health issues it can cause.


My recommendation is not to consume them at all. But, if you do, limit them to no more than two servings of processed foods per week.


A better option of course is to eat real whole foods that are nutrient dense for sustainable energy, a boosted metabolism , balanced hormones and improved health.


To live a healthy lifestyle and make changes to your body and over all well being you must live well, commit to be fit, and most importantly Eat Consciously!
