Almond & Cacao "Bliss Balls"

  • 12 fresh pitted dates

  • 1/4 cup almonds

  • 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil

  • unsweetened coconut

1. In a food processor, blend the dates, almonds, cacao and coconut oil and process for 2–3 minutes or until the mixture comes together.

2. Roll tablespoons of the dough into golf-size balls and roll in coconut to coat.

Makes 11 servings
