Chicken Sausage & Broccoli Sauté
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 - 6 oz. Organic Chicken or Turkey Sausage, (pre cooked &chopped)
1 1/2 cup Broccoli (cut into pieces)
1/2 cup Orange Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Olives (chopped)
( Sausage serving: 3-4 oz for women / 5-6 oz for men )
Add oil to sauté pan and heat on medium high until hot.
Add veggies and sausage and cook until broccoli is a bright green color.
Add red pepper flakes & garlic powder. Stir until well blended.
Serve in a bowl, top with olives & enjoy!
