In this weeks episode I’m sharing a 4 minute Cardio Blast workout inspired by my Tafiq's Extreme Tabata (TXT®) program.


Exercise #1: High Knees


Exercise #2 : Quick Feet 


Exercise #3 : Scissor Jacks


Exercise #4 : Burpee Tuck


For best results do each exercise FULL OUT.


Do the workout as a finisher to your current workout program. You can also use it as a quick workout if you're short on time. And you can use this workout to increase your endurance.
