This workout target every angle of your core to produce a highly effective ab workout to help you get the sexy flat abs you want.
This is a challenging workout. I you have any lower back issues modify so that you don't further injure your back. If any exercise becomes too challenging simply do a basic crunch then come ack into the exercises as you feel more comfortable with them.
Do this workout several times per week to get the sexy flat abs you've always wanted.
